The book is really well written. Good book and clear. It carried me along to the very end. I am not disappointed. There is also a companion box set of music. I have gone through the other reviews and agree with all statements. I'd have to rank this right behind Laura Hillenbrand's "Seabiscuit" as the second-best sports book I've ever read. We see and get to read her interactions with great spiritual fathers and mothers, like Fr. If one listens to the original pieces first, they are easier to play. Her father died in 1944, and her mother died without ever finding out what happened to him or where he was buried.The book isn't all heartache and tragedy, though there is a bit of it in this book. Other than that, it's a well written book with lots of "hands on" information and sample images that you can work on step-by-step.
